TIGHTNESS HEADACHE
They are frequent headaches produced by
involuntary muscle contractions induced by the muscle neck, shoulders and scalp
stress. They cause a pressure on the vertebral articulation and nerve endings
that stimulate the pain in the skull external structure. The headache gets worse
with the movements of the neck and other cervical movement anomalies (excessive
and insufficient). We observe muscle spasm and nodules. There are trigger points
when pressed they cause an intense headache.
We often associate the chronic pain with:
• Having a pain in the neck, shoulders, arms and shoulder blades.
•
Dizizness; vertigo (central origen).
• Being unstable; or with a lack of
balance.
• Feeling dulled or confused.
• Bruxism or excessive clenching
of teeth.
• Having a tight scalp feeling.
• Depression.
• Blurred
sight.
• Nauseas or vomits.
• Alteration in the respiratory rhythm.
• Low labor productivity.
• Alteration in our memory.
• Sleeping
disorders.
• Mental and physical stress.
If these symptoms are prolonged in time, we
may think that they are for good so we might believe we have to get used to
them.
Thoughout all these years and from our experience, this sensation is vanished
where treatment is as important as prevention.
Our MPS strategy allows correcting the unbalance between the forces and the
permanent muscle tightness in the neck, shoulders and shoulder blades. The
result is the relief by decompression of vertebra articulations, and cervical
nerves and arteries.
When the movements of the neck, head, shoulders and shoulder blades are
better; it is easier to reach the following:
• Easy motion
• Possible initial disappearance of pain
• Possible
dizziness elimination (central origen)
• Good mental attention
• Good
sleeping
• Improvement in blood flow.
• More muscle oxygen
• A
better spine position
• Improvement in respiratory rhythm
• Balance
• Better quality of life |
